'MealPalette' started with one goal: making genuine Neapolitan pizza accessible in Rome. The Bianchi family, who established our pizzeria in 1985, operated it as a quaint, family-oriented business, using time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
Our founder, Marco Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her journey across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples, the pizza's homeland. Her return to the UK was marked by a commitment to offer the genuine taste of Italian pizza, emulating traditional techniques and sourcing the best ingredients.
Starting out as a humble 12-seater, our pizzeria has now become a staple among locals. Despite our growth, our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains. We continue using traditional wood-burning oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and selecting top-notch ingredients.
'MealPalette' is still prided on being family-run, with the Bianchi family's second generation now at the helm. Regardless of harnessing modern enhancements, we've maintained the core of our operations: delivering scrumptious, genuine pizzas that unite people.
